Currently. we are only doing cash on deliveries (COD). 

Yes, there is a size chart on every product. 

Please click on "Size Guide" link right above size selection.

We would never want to deliver you something that doesn't fit your little one properly. 

Although, sizes could defer as we use different manufacturers but rest assured that if there is any differences between the actual product and size chart, there will only be a deviation of 2 cm or less.

Order Issues

As soon as you place an order with our website, you will receive an order confirmation via E-Mail or SMS. 

Please make sure you enter the correct E-Mail address or active phone number. Also, make sure to check your SPAM folder for our confirmation as it may get lost in there. 

Alternatively, you can tell message us here in case you don't receive order confirmation. 

You can simply just message us here to make any cancellations requests.

Note: Orders that are dispatched cannot be cancelled. Alternatively, you can return the order. Please see our return policy.

Please make sure that all details of your order should be final before you submit your order.
1. Once your order has been confirmed via email, you cannot add or remove an item to your order.
2. If you find that you placed the wrong color or size, you can message us here.


Changes would still be possible if:
1. An order is still in processing status and has not been dispatched.
2. Order changes is applicable for SIZE and COLOR as long as they have the same price.


If in case changes on your order is no longer possible, please refer to our Return Policy.

To ensure you will receive the package in time, please make sure the shipping address is accurate when placing order.

Shipping and Delivery

Currently, we are only shipping in Pakistan.

Order Processing: It takes about 2-3 working days for us to process your order, depending on stock avaialbility and quality control of the products being shipped.

Shipping Processing: It takes about 5-7 working days after your order is dispatched. In busy seasons such as national holidays or our sales events, it could take longer than expected.

For orders over 2500 PKR, there is no charge.

For orders under 2500 PKR, there is a standard charge of 250 PKR per order.

You will get an E-Mail or SMS notification with a tracking number, please follow the link to track your parcel.

We only use Registered couriers to deliver all our parcels. 

Currently, we are working with Blue-Ex COD and Stallion Services.

Order Processing: Since we manufacture our own products and have quality check, it could take between 3-10 working days for the order to be processed depending on stock availability. 

Shipping Processing: Depending on your location it may take longer than expected.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or E-Mail.

Please be advised that Refunds will undergo 2 phases of processing before its' successful transfer.

Phase 1: We will have to internally process your refund, which could take upto 2-3 working days.

Phase 2: We will make the transfer to your bank account or provide cash to your doorstep. Alternatively, we can also provide cash to you through Jazz Cash or Easy Paisa.
