Orders confirmed by 11:59 am will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders confirmed on Sundays or any holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Featherhead Baby will accept any unworn, unwashed, and unopened items for return or exchange within 7 working days after the parcel is received by the customer.

RETURN POLICY:

All items will need to be tagged, unworn and in original, unopened packaging.
You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and we will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and should be returned within 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
A refund will be given once returned items are received.
No exchange or return on clearance items.
