Featherhead Baby size charts are intended to help you understand the fit of our clothes in relation to your child. By using these size charts you can have the peace of mind that you’re purchasing the right size clothes and accessories for your child every time.

• Free Shipping is offered for any order that exceeds the order value of 3,499 PKR and Up.
• Standard Shipping charges are 200 PKR for all orders below the value of 3,499 PKR.
• All our parcels are shipped with Standard Shipping, which takes approximately 5-7 working days.
• Orders confirmed by 11:59 am will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders confirmed on Sundays or any holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• You may track the shipping status of your order by clicking on the tracking link sent to you via SMS or E-mail.
• We reserve the rights to cancel the orders any time before the order is processed, reasons may include: Out of stock items, pricing or technical errors.

Featherhead Baby will accept any unworn, unwashed, and unopened items for  return or exchange within 7 working days after the parcel is received by customer.

Return Policy:

• All items will need to be tagged, unworn and in original, unopened packing.
• You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and we will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
• All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and should be returned within 7 working days in order to qualify for a refund.
• Refund will be done once returned items are received. 
• No exchange or return on clearance items.

Exchange Policy:

• All items need to be unworn, in original, unopened packing with tags attached.
  
• Please send the item to be exchanged, back to us within 7 days from the date of when the parcel is delivered.
  
• Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer.
• 250 PKR will be charged to customer for sending the exchanged item.
• Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
• No exchange or return on clearance items.

How to Cancel Your Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at featherhead.customer@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 302 8243622. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, as we process and ship them quickly to ensure your items arrive promptly.

Order Cancellation Conditions:

• Order Processing: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

• Time Frame: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase to be eligible for cancellation.

• Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Refunds After Cancellation:

If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Changes to Orders:

If you wish to modify or add items to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your changes before it’s processed.
