Featherhead Baby will accept any unworn, unwashed, and unopened items for return or exchange within 7 working days after the parcel is received by the customer.

RETURN POLICY:

• All items will need to be tagged, unworn and in original, unopened packaging.
• You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and we will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
• All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and should be returned within 7 working days to qualify for a refund.
• A refund will be given once returned items are received. 
• No exchange or return on clearance items.
